Mino Raiola On Mercato For Milan, Inter, Napoli and Juventus

Some interesting comments from super agent Mino Raiola about the business done this summer by Italy’s biggest clubs:

“Inter had an intelligent transfer campaign, but one with the handbrake on.

“Juventus at a certain point hit the brakes on the market. It’s not necessarily true that spending €120m is a good idea, because you might not necessarily get the most suitable players for that money.

“Napoli play football appreciated all over the world, that is obvious and everywhere I go, colleagues ask me about them.

“Milan? I’ve got nothing personal against Fassone and Mirabelli, I just don’t believe in their project.”

If you are a Milan fan you have to be worried about Raiola’s comments. Not only is he the agent of record for four Milan players, Ignazio Abate, Giacomo Bonaventura, Hachim Mastour, Gianluigi Donnarumma, he is the agent for many of the top players in Europe today.

If he does not believe in the project underway in Milan, he is unlikely to bring any of his clients to the club, and he will encourage his existing clients to leave if possible.
