Coppa Italia: Juve v Milan behind closed doors?

Juventus and Milan might have to play their semi-final in the Coppa Italia behind closed doors after all, final decision tonight.

The match scheduled on Wednesday was ruled to be partially open to fans and exclude people who were to travel from Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto.

Serie A games have either been played or cancelled depending on who the home side are and the governor of the region of Piedmont Alberto Cirio gave Allianz Stadium the green light to go ahead without people from the mentioned regions able to attend.

Tonight, there will be another meeting in the region of Piedmont and if the decree is extended, the match will be held behind closed doors tomorrow.

The fans will have to wait for updates regarding the situation but according to La Stampa, the decision has already been made and the game should be carried out without spectators.
