Leading with the story on the front page of Friday’s newspaper, they report that this weekend’s game away at Torino is vital, and Ancelotti is expecting ‘definitive answers’.

It is said that he was furious at his side’s display in the Champions League tie at Genk on Wednesday night – where they drew 0-0 – and has received a lack of positive responses at his calls for a title challenge.

Napoli snuck past Brescia last time out in the league, but lost at home to Cagliari before that and are already off the pace.

Ancelotti has been supremely successful in his time as a manager, and his thirst for winning could yet see him leave Naples a year before the end of his contract.

He will meet the club’s hierarchy after this weekend, where the result is vitally important if they are to convince Ancelotti to stay at the club beyond this season.
