SATO Serie A Matches of the Week (Oct. 31-Nov. 1)

Sampdoria-Bari

Sampdoria is trying to shake off an embarrassing middle of the week loss to Juventus and Bari is the best new squad in the league this year.  Sampdoria knows that two losses in one week of Serie A action will just about destroy any hopes the current third place squad has of winning the league table and Bari looks to remain a top ten squad with an away victory in this battle.

AC Milan-Parma

Milan has shown significant improvements over the last few weeks and won some very big matches including an UEFA Champions League match over Real Madrid.  Now the Italian powerhouse needs to show that they can also be a consistent team in this home battle against the number four Italian squad.  Parma has been very impressive so far this season and they currently only sit four points outside of second place so m0ving up the board is definitely on Parma’s mind.  This one pits number five against number four in the league table so it is destined to be a big game.

Siena-Lazio

Where has Lazio gone?  After a decent start to the year the squad hasn’t won a match since August.  If they ever were going to win a match then they should mark this upcoming weekend as that opportunity.  Siena is currently in last place and they have lost seven out of there ten matches so far this season.  Unfortunately, the club has only suffered a -7 goal differential so far this year, but Siena seems like the perfect squad to end such bad streaks against.
