Juventus Seriously Watching Neymar

[champions] Chelsea x Juventus : 21Highly rated Brazilian striker, Neymar, has shouted a statement that could really tempted the seriousness of Italian clubs that already had eye for the striker, such as Inter Milan and Juventus.

Speaking to Italian paper, La Gazetta Delo Sport, the Santos attacker revealed that playing in Serie A would be on top of his list although he doesn’t actually take away the chance to play in other big leagues in Europe.

My objective is Italy, but also European football in general,” Neymar said. “Anyone would love to play in Serie A, even if I am also happy at Santos.”

According to the latest reports, it looks like Juventus are the one that show the most interest in the Brazilian talent after Italian press spotted the club’s director of sport, Fabio Paraciti, watching the 19-years-old performance in a friendly game between Brazil and Scotland on Sunday. Coincidently, Neymar was performing very well on that match as the young striker scored two goals for his country and guided the South American powerhouse to beat Scotland 2-0 on that match.

However, getting Neymar might be difficult for Juventus as not only the youngster reportedly has a very high price tag around 30 million Euro, but there are many big clubs that are also interested in signing the talent. Aside from Paraciti, reports also stated that representatives from Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester United and also Manchester City were also present on that game and keeping their eyes on the Brazilian talent.

However, Neymar’s words about preferring Italian football could be an additional advantage for Juventus if they are really serious in acquiring the young striker’s service next summer. One thing for sure, the 19-years-old will definitely be a hot property in the summer especially if he can keep performing consistently until the transfer market in Europe re-opens again just before the start of next season in the summer.
