Udinese ended their recently poor result in Serie A with a convincing fashion after beating Bologna 3-1 at Renato Dall’ara, albeit some controversy did sparked the Friulani’s success.
Antonio Di Natale who returned from an injury was the one involved in the controversial decision when he earned a spot kick which eventually started his team’s victory on the day.

Big blow for Udinese as Mauricio Isla and Antonio Di Natale with both miss Thursday’s UEFA Europa League round of 32 opener against PAOK after picking up injuries during the 2-1 loss to AC Milan on Saturday.

AC Milan returned to the top of Serie A after scoring twice in the last 13 minutes to come from behind and beat Udinese.
After losing two of their last three matches in all competitions Milan were in need of a victory to restore confidence and breathe new life into their title challenge. Juventus succesfully widen the point margin with one of their close title rival, Udinese, after beating Francesco Guidolin’s side 2-1, in the direct clash on Saturday evening, which saw the Turin giant gather a six points lead.

Juventus managed to keep their place in the half way of the Serie A season after picking up a solid 2-0 victory over Atalanta with goals from Stephan Lichtsteiner and Emanuele Giaccherini.
This result puts the Turin giant one point above Ac Milan in the standing and maintain their excellent form in the halfway of the new season as the are still unbeaten so far, despite not leading by much points with the teams below them.
