Juventus once again managed to take full advantage over Ac Milan’s slip in Serie A as Antonio Conte’s side extended their gap at the top into three points after trashing As Roma 4-0 at their own back yard.
Although there’s still five matches left in the league, but Conte’s boys might already be breathing the Scudetto air as on paper their remaining schedule are easier than the Rossoneri, but obviously a dramatic turns of events could still occurs should Juve players already feeling on top.

Ac Milan’s title challenge suffered another blow after they only managed to get a 1-1 draw against Bologna at San Siro, although another controversy sparked when Milan had another supposedly correct goal disallowed.
The away team struck the blow first with Gaston Ramirez’ goal but Ibrahimovic came to the rescue in the final minute with a more than deserved equalizer, giving a little spark for the Rossoneri’s title challenge, which not looking bright with the result. Italy‘s footballers will return to the pitch this weekend with heavy hearts following the death of Piermario Morosini.
Last weekend’s games were called off after the Livorno player collapsed and died last Saturday during a Serie B game at Pescara. A minute’s silence will be observed at all Serie A games this weekend in memory of Morosini, who was 25 and played on loan at Livorno from Udinese.

Tragic day arrives in Italian football as Livorno(Serie B team) ‘s player, Piermario Morosini, passed away after collapsing on the pitch in another heart illness problem, which has been acquiring in football recently.

Juventus’ decision in letting Alessandro Del Piero by the end of season could seriously need re-evaluation, especially after the veteran once again provided an important goal for the Bianconeri.

Not sure what Alessandro Del Piero and Paul Scholes are drinking, both these two veteran players are driving Juventus and Manchester United to their respective league titles.
After AC Milan’s 1-0 win last night, Juventus needed to respond in kind, and they did just that thanks to a late free-kick from Alessandro Del Piero, who was playing his 700th game for Juventus
Simone Pepe gave Juventus the lead after 30 minutes when he drifted in behind the Lazio defence, collected Andrea Pirlo’s clipped pass and acrobatically fired in from close range. Ac Milan failed on their attempt to bounce back after their Champions league exit in midweek as the Rossoneri were shockingly defeated by struggling Fiorentina as despite taking the lead first through Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s first half penalty kick.
Lack luster defensive display added with poor finishing simply puts Milan on trouble as the Viola were always threatening with their counter attack, although aside from some long range shooting it was very minimal in the first period. Lying in seventh place, seven points behind Lazio with eight games to go, finishing in the top three and qualifying for Champions League football next season seems like a pipe dream. But is it really unattainable?
It might be difficult to finish third, but I would not call it impossible. The hiring of Stramaccioni has breathed some fresh energy into the club and the the win over Genoa combined with the defeats of Lazio, Napoli and Udinese have given the Inter fans a little bit of hope. Ac Milan’s courageous effort left disappointed in the hands of Barcelona as the Rossoneri were beaten 3-1 at Nou Camp with two penalty goals from Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta, which only got one reply from Antonio Nocerino.

The Italian Institute of Medicine as the final board to give verdict about Cassano’s health condition, finally confirmed that the striker can now re-start his footballing career after the short break due to his minor heart surgery few months ago.
