I wrote earlier that the Real Madrid v LA Galaxy game replaces the Galaxy v Inter Milan game for that same day. But it did not take Inter Milan long to find another opponent for its North American tour announcing that they will play Panathinaikos at the Rogers Centre in Toronto on Tuesday August 3rd, 2010 at 8:00 PM. May will be a great month for soccer fans in the windy city. Last week we announced that Chicago will host the Sister Cities International Cup involving the Chicago Fire Welcome Legia Warsaw, Paris Saint-Germain and Red Star Belgrade.

Juventus got the break they so dearly needed when they beat Parma 2-1 at the Stadio Ennio Tardini yesterday. However, don’t let the score line fool you. The Bianconeri needed an own goal to help them bag all the 3 points.

Inter Milan’s new striker Samuel Eto’o will get his first taste of a Milan derby on only the second weekend of the Serie A season.
The Italian league announced the fixtures on Wednesday with champions Inter facing AC Milan on 29th or 30th August after beginning their campaign against newly-promoted Bari.
Cameroon international Eto’o joined Milan this week in a swap deal involving Zlatan Ibrahimovic going to Barcelona.
