AS Roma midfielder Simone Perotta claims that the Giallorosso are second only to Inter in the league. Well, with all that is happening in the transfer market, that could be true. Apart from major Signings Adriano and Fabio Simplicio, Roma has largely remained in tact with most of their players who featured in their campaign last season staying with the club.
As you would probably guess, one of the major keys to achieving success is remaining consistent and maintaining the status quo (that is if it is working) Roma have done just that. The Giallorosso are the only top four team to have not changed their coach. Inter, Milan and Juventus will all start the season with new coaches. Read more... I still believe that Huntelaar is better off staying at the San Siro and that Milan should not waste their time trying to sign Dzeko if they are not willing to part with 40 million Euros.
Huntelaar is only 26 years old and although he did not have a good season last year, the Dutchman is still nonetheless a top class striker. Even Dinho had a terrible debut season in the Serie A so i fail to see the reason why Milan are quick to offload such a rare talent when the likes of Gattuso and Seerdorf did not perform any better. After having been linked with many new strikers in the past few weeks, the latest report from Italy suggested that Ac Milan could return their old flame for Wolfsburg striker, Edin Dzeko, who was the Italian club’s number one target last season. This news occurred after the Italian press stated that the Bosnian international who has been linked with a move to Manchester City and Juventus asked to wait for the Rossoneri’s offer before negotiating with other clubs.
“I am bombarded by offers, but I will wait another week for Milan,” Dzeko reportedly said to his friend Read more... (401 words, 2 images, estimated 1:36 mins reading time)

Woke up today to some very bad news. AC Milan play maker Ronaldinho Gaucho could be leaving the San Siro after only two seasons. Apparently, Dinho has reached a verbal agreement with Brazilian club Flamengo and all that is left is for Milan to accent to the deal. This, of course is bad news to all Milan fans-myself included but great news for their rivals.
It is reported that Flamengo are ready to offer Ronaldinho monthly wages amounting to 300,000 Euros. Don’t let the figure fool you though. The 300,000 Euros is way short of the 615,000 Euros (after tax) that Dinho currently earns with Milan in a month. This excludes endorsements from Nike, Pepsi, Groupe Danone, Cadbury Scweppes, ASPIRE, Lenovo and several other Brazilian brands. Read more... (328 words, 1 image, estimated 1:19 mins reading time)

Ac Milan’s Brazilian forward Ronaldinho has broken the silence on his future at the San Siro this, at least, is according to his close friend Ernesto Bronzetti. The 30 year old who is one of the club’s best paid players earning a weekly wage of 135,000 million Euros officially told the club that he is determined to stay and see out his contract.
The Ronaldinho scenario has no doubt been and continues to be one of the big talking points in the transfer market. First it was Milan’s Dida who called it quits after 10 years with the Rossoneri, now Italian and Inter Milan goalie Francesco Toldo has decided to follow in his one time fierce rival’s footsteps.
Toldo retired as Inter keeper earlier this week after more than 20 years in the game. Ironically, Toldo begun his career with Inter’s arch rivals AC Milan back in 1987 as a youth before moving onto a series of clubs . Read more... (304 words, 1 image, estimated 1:13 mins reading time)

Former AC Milan head coach Leonardo has openly declared his availability for the Selecao’s top job after Dunga was fired on Sunday. Leonardo resigned at the end of the season after guiding the Rossoneri to a decent 3rd place finish in spite of their indifferent form as the season wound down to a close.
Leonardo is majorly responsible for Ronaldinho‘s superb form which saw him finish the season as the league’s player with the most assists. Whether Leonardo will be picked as Dunga’s successor is still not certain, however, one thing the CBF can be sure of is that Leonardo is an excellent choice. Read more...
