Marco Verratti has revealed he would be happy to join Juventus, but insisted he is content at Paris Saint-Germain.
Verratti has always insisted he wants to honour his contract at the French champions, but did admit a return to his homeland was of interest to him.
‘Italy has a great league. Two teams like Inter and Milan, or Juventus, are capable of spending.
‘We have seen that with Higuain,’ Verratti told Sport.
‘Juventus are one of the four best teams in the world. They have progressed a lot.
‘If in the future I leave PSG, I would not have any problem in going to this club, but today I am good where I am.’
PSG have warned off suitors by insisting their star midfielder is not for sale at the end of the season.
Verratti has enjoyed an excellent season despite the fact he and PSG suffered heartbreak in the Champions League against Barcelona.
